This is an easy to cook venison roast I do in the crock pot, however if you do not have one a roasting pan in the oven will do. We also make up some good side including our very own home grown Swiss chard with garlic in an olive oil. This whitetail buck doe we harvested from western Pennsylvania during a hunting trip on our farm turned out beautiful, but the best part was how simple and easy to do this was join us today for dinner.
