Mississippi Pot Roast:
-1 packet of stew meat
-2 tbsp. olive oil (or vegetable oil). *Optional if browning first
-Pepper
-1 packet ranch dressing mix.
-1 packet dry onion soup mix.
-6 tablespoons stick butter.
-1 jar peperoncini peppers or 6-10 pepperoncini’s and a little juice.
-1 head of garlic cut in half

Add all ingredients in to the crock pot and cook the roast on high for 7 hours or until the meat shreds.
