Crockpot Size: 6-Quart
Ingredients:
3-4 lb. Chuck Roast
6 Small Red Potatoes (Quartered)
1 lb. Baby Carrots
1 Ranch Mix Packet
1 Au Jus Gravy Mix Packet
1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper
Peperoncini (To Your Liking)
Peperoncini Juice (To Your Liking) *Optional
5 Tbsp. Butter
Directions:
Place potatoes, carrots, and chuck roast into crockpot. Season both sides of chuck roast. Place peperoncini, peperoncini juice, and butter on top of chuck roast. Cook on high for 6 hours. Shred meat with forks and enjoy!
