In this easy cooking video, I cook a beef tri-tip roast in my Crock Pot slow cooker and make a tri-tip sandwich with it. The ingredients are a beef tri tip roast, 2 cups of beef bouillon or stock, 1/2 tsp garlic powder or freeze dried garlic, and 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce. Season the meat with your favorite seasonings. The cooking time for this roast was 5 hrs on low. I put it on a kaiser roll, with some havarti cheese, and ate it like a French dip sandwich.
