Hello Utube People:

I have been inspired by several videos on utube with regards to food ideas. I find it very interesting to view what utubers are eating because I would like to try the presented food ideas at home. Looking at a Cook Book or watching a ½ hour Cooking Show does not generate the excitement of a short and easy food idea. So, this video is my attempt of creating a short and easy food idea called: Pork Shoulder Picnic Roast. Hope one enjoys!
