This is a favorite in our house. My kids and my husband both love it. If you have ever had Mississippi Pot Roast it is very similar, just with chicken and so flavorful! Crockpot Mississippi Chicken
2 lbs chicken breast
1 packet Au Jus gravy mix
1 packet Ranch seasoning
1 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
3 tbsp unsalted butter
3 pepperoncinis + 1 tbsp juice
Cook on LOW for 6 hours. Shred, serve with your choice of sides and enjoy!
