This recipe also doubles as a bone broth recipe, which helps to heal leaky gut and repair a damaged and inflamed intestinal lining.

INGREDIENTS:
3 lbs Beef Chick Roast
1.5 lbs Baby Gold Potatoes
1 lb Baby Carrots
2 TB Garlic Oil
3 tsp Salt
2 tsp Pepper
1 TB Worcestershire sauce
4 cups Water
4 tsp Chicken stock powder
A few sprigs of Thyme
Serves: 6
Cook 8 hrs on Low OR 6 hrs on High
