This POT ROAST recipe is perfect for busy people who want a hearty meal with out all the time, effort, and dishes! It takes LITERALLY 15 MINUTES to throw all of the ingredients into a slow cooker or crock pot, then just set it and get on with your day! This recipe also doubles as a bone broth recipe, which helps to heal leaky gut and repair a damaged and inflamed intestinal lining.

INGREDIENTS:

3 lbs Beef Chick Roast
1.5 lbs Baby Gold Potatoes
1 lb Baby Carrots
2 TB Garlic Oil
3 tsp Salt
2 tsp Pepper
1 TB Worcestershire sauce
4 cups Water
4 tsp Chicken stock powder
A few sprigs of Thyme

Serves: 6

Cook 8 hrs on Low OR 6 hrs on High
