Welcome back to What’s For Tea 🙂 Tonight I made a gorgeous slow cooker roast beef and red wine gravy! Not only is this super easy, it makes the most wonderful tender beef too…oh, and it’s amazing 🙂

What I used (serves 4-5 people) In a 3.5 litre Crock Pot
* 1 kg (2.2 lb) Rolled beef topside or top round beef
* 500 ml (2.1 cups) Beef stock
* 187.5 ml (0.8 cups) Red wine – ¼ bottle
* 2 Carrots – Roughly chopped
* 1 Onion – Sliced
* 6 Tablespoons cornflour
* 3 Tablespoons tomato puree
* 2 Teaspoons sugar
* 1 Teaspoon salt
* 1 Teaspoon pepper___________________________________________________________________
