Hey y’all! If you are in search of an easy DELICIOUS slow cooker recipe, look no further! This crockpot roast is the perfect meal to make if you want something quick and comforting after a long day at work. I served mine with mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, boiled cabbage, and fried corn bread!
Here is the recipe!
1 pork roast (In this video, I used a 2 1/2 lb. roast, but I usually use a bigger one)
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 packet of Lipton onion soup mix
1/2 cup whole milk
1 1/2 Tbsp. corn starch
1. Place everything in your slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
2. 30 minutes before serving, make a slurry by mixing together the corn starch and milk. Pour the slurry over your roast and mix it around.
3. Cook on high for 30 minutes and serve!
