How To Cook Pork Roast In A Crock Pot

Hi my name is Maria and I am grateful to have you here in my cooking channel. Today I will share to you how I cook pork roast, very tender and delicious that you will have to fill another bowl 😊

~ Pork Roast
~ Potatoes
~ Carrots
~ Celery
~ Onion
~ Garlic
~ Salt & Pepper
~ Gravy mix of your choice one packet
~ 1 1/2 to 2 cups Chicken broth
~ 1/2 tsp. corn starch
~ 1 tbsp Cooking oil
~ 1/2 tsp Tyme
~ 1/2 tsp Rosemary
~ 1/2 tsp Oregano

~ Rub pork roast with coarsely ground black pepper and sea salt
~ In a heated pan, put cooking oil and brown all sides of the meat
~ Transfer the browned meat to the crock pot
~ Brown all vegetables, saute onion
~ Transfer all browned vegetables to the pot
~ Add oregano, thyme and rosemary
~ Season with salt and pepper ( easy on salt)
~ Dissolve a packet of gravy mix of your choice in 1/2 cup chicken broth
~ Boil 1 1/2 chicken broth and pour it in the crock pot
~ Set crock pot in high for 4hours and low for 1 hour
~ Flip the meat after 2 hours
~ Dissolve 1/2 tsp of corn starch in 2 tbsp water and pour in the pot, stir
~ Stir occasionally
~ Scrape fats before serving
~ Enjoy
