I share some techniques my Mom passed along for a super easy crockpot pot roast. Prep the night before, drop it in the crockpot and cook it while you’re away at work, and you’ll come home 8 hours later to dinner ready to serve. Slow cooking ensures you’ll enjoy fork-tender meat. Here’s what I put in mine:
2 1/2 pound sirloin roast
6 medium potatoes
1 bag of baby carrots
1 sweet onion
1 pack McCormick’s pot roast seasoning
1 3/4 cups beef broth
