By now everyone has heard of the Mississippi Roast. We were late to the party. I will tell you I was not disappointed! The roast came out great!! I would cut down the butter to a half a stick next time but it is definitely something I will cook again. Ninja Cooking System or Crockpot. Give this a try!!
