1 Packet of Ranch Seasonings
1 Packet of Au Jus Gravy Mix
32oz Beef Broth Add less if you want a thick gravy about half and more of a bite from your meat
3-4 Chuck Roast
1 stick Butter Optional
8-10 Pepperoncini Peppers
1/4 cup Pepperoncini juice
1 Medium Size Onion
4 Cloves garlic Minced
Sear Chuck Roast on all sides. Sautee Onions allow them to softened and add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add onion and garlic to pot with seasonings. Add chuck roast and pepperoncini peppers. Cook on High for 8hrs. After 8 hrs remove and shred or cut chuck roast to preference.
