Red Wine and Rosemary Crock-Pot Roast | Weeknight Dinner | Albertsons

This classic roast dish is perfect for a fall night! Seasoned with red wine, rosemary, garlic, onion and thyme, you can’t go wrong with this no-fail favorite. Want to pass on the red wine? Beef broth will work just as well!

INGREDIENTS
1-4 lb Bottom Round Beef Roast
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
3 cloves minced garlic
1 Tbs chopped rosemary
1 sprig fresh thyme
1/4 cup dry red wine
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper

DIRECTIONS
1. Place all ingredients in a crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Slice and serve.
