Crockpot Mississippi Pot Roast Kiki style!!

Crockpot Mississippi Pot Roast Kiki style!!

This pot roast is sooo simple, delicious and tender! It’s made in the crockpot and will take less than 10 minutes to assemble. When you get home your house will smell so good and you’ll be ready to eat!!!
Be SURE to get crockpot liners, they make clean up MUCH easier!!!
Line you crockpot with liner.
Place 3-4 lb Chuck roast in crockpot pot.
Sprinkle with:
1 package dry buttermilk ranch dressing.
1 package Au Jus dry gravy mix
Top roast with 1 stick of butter
Add 4-6 (or however many you like) pickled banana peppers (mild or hot whichever you like)
Add about 3 tablespoons of the juice
To top of roast add potatoes (I used 2 potatoes peeled) and 3 carrots (peeled and chopped).
I peeled an onion leaving the root end and then cut it into wedges. Leaving the root end in tact keeps the onion together as it cooks!
Cover with lid and set on low for 8 hours.
I hope you try this very simple very awesome recipe!!! Enjoy❤️
