Crockpot Pork roast and gravy

Crockpot Pork roast and gravy! We love our crockpot. We use it as often as we can and we love a good roast and gravy. We strongly recommend you leave this in the crock pot for at least 8 hours on low. We cooked our roast on high heat over 4-5 hrs and we had to put it in the pressure cooker to get it tenderized. Just let the crockpot do all th work for you snd you will have a delicious dinner you will want to cook over and over.
4 lb Pork roast-We used Pork butt
1 (1-oz) package dry onion soup mix

Combine dry onion soup mix, water, beef stock, soy sauce and pepper; pour over roast. Set heat to low over at least 7-8 hours until meat is very tender. Remove meat to shred, and remove gravy from crockpot to make rue. Serve hot and delicious over mashed taters, or white rice. It’s so good y’all!
