Crockpot Pork roast and gravy! We love our crockpot. We use it as often as we can and we love a good roast and gravy. We strongly recommend you leave this in the crock pot for at least 8 hours on low. We cooked our roast on high heat over 4-5 hrs and we had to put it in the pressure cooker to get it tenderized. Just let the crockpot do all th work for you snd you will have a delicious dinner you will want to cook over and over.
