This crock pot cranberry pork roast is delicious! Hope you all enjoy this simple recipe!
2.5 pound pork roast or pork loin
1 can (16 oz) whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons cold water
Place pork roast/loin into crock pot. In separate bowl,
mix cranberry sauce, orange juice, sugars, ground mustard,
and ground cloves. Then pour cranberry mixture over pork roast/loin.
Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until internal temp of meat is
160 degrees F. Remove pork, and keep warm under tin foil tent (optional).
Mix slurry of cornstarch and water. Then remove liquid from crockpot and
place into saucepan. Add cornstarch mixture into saucepan and boil until
thickened. Pour over plated food. Enjoy!
