How to Make: Mississippi Pot Roast – Made in the Slow Cooker
This recipe only has a few ingredients and tastes delicious.
Place your chuck pot roast, seasoning packets of Au Jus and Ranch Dressing mix, pepperoncinis, (or yellow banana peppers work just fine), into the slow cooker along with 1 stick of butter for 8 hours on low. And that is it. After 8 hours the roast is falling apart, buttery, juicy, tender and ready to eat.
Eat as a sandwich on a bun with cheese or eat it with some mashed potatoes. This Mississippi Pot Roast will have you asking for seconds.
