Open Faced Roast Beef (Crockpot Recipe) & How To

I chose mashed potatoes this time around but you could substitute rice or noodles in on this one and it would come out just as good.

I used about 2 pouches of frozen stew beef for this but any cut of beef, frozen or not could be used; it doesn’t really matter too much. You could also use Deer/Venison, Bison, Elk, Antelope, and it would come out great!

Add salt, garlic, pepper and Cajun seasoning to your liking and cook on high in the crock pot for 6-8 hours.

Shortly before serving; add 2 brown gravy packets and let simmer.

Serve with bread (toasted or not) and mashed potatoes.
