SLOW COOKER RECIPES:

CLASSIC SUNDAY POT ROAST:
2.5 lbs Chuck Roast
2 Celery sticks, diced
1 lb Baby Carrots
1 Cup Beef Broth (or 1 tsp beef bouillon + 1 cup water)
1 onion
Brown roast, toss in ingredients, and cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 7-8 hours

ITALIAN BEEF SANDWICHES:
2.5 lbs Chuck Roast
2 packets Italian seasoning packets
1/2 jar Pepperonchini peppers
Brown roast, toss in ingredients, and cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 7-8 hours
