ketchup – 30 g
honey – 20 g

garlic – 2 cloves
OVER LOW FIRE 30 minutes

for baked potatoes:
potatoes – 750 g
boiled water – 500 ml
LEAVE 20 minutes
olive oil – 20 ml
parmesan – 40 g
starch – 20 g
oregano – 2 g
sweet paprika – 5 g
salt – 5 g
garlic – 2 cloves
bread crumbs – 40 g
Tray size 24 X 30 cm
IN THE OVEN 220 °C/35 minutes

for the sauce:
milk – 20 ml
melted cheese with cheddar – 40 g
butter – 10 g
In the microwave oven for 30 sec
ketchup – 10 g
