2 sliced sweet onions
6 cloves of garlic
1 cup of chicken stock
5-7 lbs of Pork Butt (pork shoulder)
Season pork with your favorite bbq rub. Don’t go light as it’s a lot of meat and can handle the seasoning.
Cook on high for 8 hours. Shred the pork and either use the juice (so good) or add your favorite bbq sauce 😎
