This dish is perfect for your next family roast. A single batch of this recipe should feed roughly four to six people. You can easily feed more by making some side dishes.

The entire list of ingredients that you will need for this recipe is listed below. Keep in mind that some things are optional.

1kg (2.2 lb) pork boneless loin roast
4 carrots, chopped
4 potatoes, chopped
2 apples, cored & chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 Tbsp rosemary
½ cup chicken stock
Seasoning Mixture
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin, ground
1 tsp oregano, dried
1 tsp coriander seeds, ground
1 tsp thyme, dried
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp water

I don’t mention it in the video, but you can turn the leftover liquid into a delicious gravy. Simply mix the cornstarch and water until it forms a paste. Pour the mixture into the liquid, and it should thicken.

There are dozens of variations that you can make to this recipe to make it more to your liking. For example, you can tweak the seasoning ingredients for a radically different flavor. You can also add or remove some of the vegetables.
