How To Make Slow Cooker Roast Beef with Red Wine Gravy | Ep 584

1.5kg topside beef
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp oil
3 heaped tbsp tomato paste
1 cup dry red wine
3-4 cups beef stock
1 onion, thick sliced
1 carrot, sliced
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary

Strain left over stock, reduce with 3 tbsp corn flour to thicken.
Serve with roasted potatoes.
