In this video I used a London Broil, but my favorite cut is a bottom round roast. You can use your favorite cut. In your multi-cooker set on stove top high or in a frying pan on med/high heat a few Tablesppons of oil. When pan is hot add your meat and season. When the bottom is browned, flip and brown other side. Add 1 sliced onions and when they start to soften, transfer to your slow cooker or switch your multi cooker to slow cooker -Low . Add 2 cups of water and 4 beef bouillon cubes. Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hrs. To make gravy, remove meat and make a slurry using 1 to 2 heaping Tablespoons of cornstarch and approx. 1/4 c. water. mix well and add to broth and stir.
