Chuck roast is a great economical cut on the keto/carnivore diet. A great “dump and go” meal that you can use for carnivore meal prep, can feed a whole family, and is a classic homestyle favourite. Most traditional recipes will coat the roast in flour and add high carb vegetables such as potatoes and carrots, but it is definitely not necessary to achieve great flavour.
