Recipe:
2.5 Pounds Chuck Roast
1 7 oz can of Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (5 peppers from the can)
1 TSBP Dried Oregano
2 Tsp Cumin
2 Tsp Kosher Salt
1 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp Ground Cloves
2 Bay Leaves
1/4 Cup and 1 TBSP of Rice Bran Oil
1/4 Cup of Water
5 Garlic Cloves
