I have not posted a Cook With Kat video in a hot minute. I made this for dinner last night, so I decided to share with you all. My cousin Rowena taught me this easy Pot Roast recipe, and has become a staple recipe in my kitchen. As with all recipes, there are so many variations of Pot Roast, but this version is so easy — forget the rest!! Not only is it super easy, but it is delicious!
I used a Crock Pot for this recipe. You may add Carrots and Potatoes, but after making this for years now, my family enjoys it sans vegetables. It’s great either way. If you make this, please let me know how you like it. xoxo -KAT
Ingredients:
3 – 4 lbs of Sirloin Tip for Roasting (or Beef Chuck)
3 cans of Cream of Mushroom (family size)
1 1/2 packets of Lipton’s Dry Onion Soup mix
Olive Oil
Seasoning: sea salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
